1.These models are economical and can be used as a power source for both manual are welding and carbon arc gouging by changing-over select switch.(CLEAN-ARC SS300 and SS400 are for welding only)
2.DC carbon arc gouging is better in arc starting,arc stablity and workability than ACgouging method,and additionally,a little consumption and low cost of carbon electrode.
3.With unique arc force characteristic variable control circuit being adopted,arc start failure and stick adhesion can be restrained even in low current welding ,hence easy to operate even for new-hand.
4.The DC manual welding,using thyristor with control circuit,features constant current characteristics.Being coupled with the precise control of dynamic characterstics,the constant control of the welding current enhances welding quality greatly whenever thepower source voltage fluctuates.Once it is set ,it is always maintained constantly.
5.Welding current can be easily increased or decreased at a distance from the welder by optional Remotecontroller on hand.
6.Protection in always attainable whenever over-heating resulred from any courses occurs.
